This morning, I was listening to a guided meditation, "Learning to Surrender," which I found on the Insight Timer app.
A beautiful soul by the name of Sarah Blondin, who lives in Canada with her small family, is the creator of this amazing project. The link above is the home site where she has links/info for the following offerings: a podcast and dreamy, nature-filled inspirational films for Live Awake.
I highly recommend the Insight Timer app, it is a sweet collection of various guided meditations, and more. I also recommend visiting this beautiful website and checking out more of Sarah Blondin's work. It is very grounding, meditative, calming, soothing...feels very supportive of the root chakra.
So interesting this happened because just last night I was talking about such opportunities for creation...if it is God's will, this blog, which was created to please the Divine, will also lead us similar opportunities for creation and inspiration.
